I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Your receipt will clearly indicate my name along with their professional designation and license number, as required by insurance companies.
Note that all insurance companies may not cover my fees completely or partially. So please contact your insurance or employee benefit plan. Ask them directly with these specific questions:

If so, how much do you cover for psychotherapy?

The time allotted for your appointment is only for you. Late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in the therapist's schedule that another patient could have filled.
As a result, we need 48 business hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. There will be a cancellation fee if you cancel less than 48 working hours before your appointment.
